DANCO project substantially complete; certificate of occupancy and crosswalk remain

City Manager Geoff Wullschlager told the council that the DANCO project is substantially complete and that staff has submitted materials to the County Assessor for the developer's requested exemption.
Wullschlager said that aside from finalizing the Certificate of Occupancy through Community Development and installing a crosswalk, the project is nearing completion. He added that current Community Development Director Bybee will assist in reviewing applicants for the new director and in transitioning ongoing projects once a new hire is made.
