Council to hire engineer or architect to scope town hall work before applying

The group decided to solicit a site visit and cost estimate so the council can assemble a prioritized list of work items and identify which pieces to include in the $600,000 grant application. The staff member offered to meet the engineer on site and to share prior Wallsburg grant files to speed the process.
