Commissioners approve Thunder Basin tract vacation and Routes to Ranches End subdivision

Justin Arnold presented the staff report, noting the property lies within the county's rural/ag interface zone and that agency review comments had been addressed; no public comment had been received. Staff recommended the vacation be effective upon recordation of the Routes to Ranches End plat. A commissioner moved, seconded and the board approved both the vacation and the subdivision permit and plat by roll call.
The clerk closed the public hearing and the commission adjourned after confirming no further business.
