Council also discussed the federal/state-driven service-line inventory (identifying service-line materials for each home) and deadlines for inventory completion; the Clerk said letters were sent and that response rates have been low (about 10%), and that the town will need to continue outreach and possibly work with Sunrise (a workforce services/grant program) to complete inventories. The Council directed staff to include the ordinance and a roadmap in follow‑up reporting to regulators.
