Leslie Hosterman of SEDA-COG presented updated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) master-file documents at the Feb. 24 meeting, including a financial management plan, integrity policy, procurement policy and a program income reutilization plan. Commissioners discussed whether the documents contained any hold-harmless provisions; Hosterman indicated she was not aware of any such provisions.
Mr. Finn moved to approve all updates as presented pending solicitor review to confirm that no hold-harmless sections exist and to have Commissioners sign within seven days of that review. Mr. Lynn seconded; the motion passed and is recorded as unanimous (“On called vote, all voted in favor.”).
