The Montour County commissioners approved a professional and administrative services agreement with SEDA‑COG to administer the FY2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, with fees totaling $64,200. Leslie Hosterman of SEDA‑COG presented the agreement and the fee breakdown — $47,100 allocated to Montour County and $17,100 to Danville Borough — before the board voted to approve the contract.
Hosterman also presented the CDBG Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise Action Plan, which state rules (DCED) require be updated every five years. Commissioner Mr. Finn moved to readopt the plan, Mr. Lynn seconded, and the board voted to reapprove the action plan. The reapproval keeps the county in compliance with DCED requirements for CDBG procurement and outreach.
