Andrew Ross seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The packet will include a town‑specific paragraph tailored to each member town and financial details such as the balance sheet as of Sept. 30, 2024 and the proposed 2025 budget entries; the board authorized staff to make presentation and stylistic edits before release.
