Ms. Dressler moved to approve purchase-of-service agreements on behalf of Children & Youth Services with Family Care for Children and Youth, Geisinger Clinic, National Mentor Healthcare, Pathways, and Summit Academy; Mr. Lynn seconded and the motion passed. Mr. Finn moved to approve a letter of support for a 2026 FCPC Community Grant to improve Camp Lavigne; Mr. Lynn seconded and the board voted in favor.
Ms. Dressler also moved to approve hiring Jack Whittaker as a full-time correctional officer effective June 22 at an hourly rate of $18.04; Mr. Finn seconded and the hire was approved. Separately Mr. Finn moved to pay bills across funds including General Account $340,842.49, Children & Youth $29,918.18, Liquid Fuels $86,276 and Other Funds $46,859.16; Mr. Lynn seconded and the payments were approved on called vote.
