Public health staff report flu clinics, expanded home health services

At the Oct. 1 meeting the Chair provided a public health update noting recent and upcoming flu clinics and expanded services.
The Chair (S5) said staff Hannah and Ashton were running a flu clinic in Hope and that the previous courthouse clinic attracted nearly 50 people. The county has started home health and foot care services and staff plan to try billing in-house rather than paying $100 per month to a clearing house; if in-house billing becomes too burdensome they will revert to the clearing house option.
