Harvey County appoints DawnEna Davidson to Department on Aging Advisory Council

The Harvey County Commission approved the appointment of DawnEna Davidson to the Harvey County Department on Aging Advisory Council. The appointment fills the remainder of Carrie Herman’s term through June 30, 2026, and Davidson will also be appointed to a three-year term running July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029.
Commissioner Becky Reimer made the motion to appoint DawnEna Davidson; Commissioner Don Schroeder seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Davidson’s application in the packet identifies her as Executive Director of the Halstead Housing Authority and notes experience with elderly and disabled housing.
