Duval County Commissioners handled several routine items by unanimous vote on Nov. 10. The court approved the August 2025 meeting minutes; authorized payment of county bills; approved participation in the Texas CLASS investment pool; adopted Proclamation No. 2025-01 honoring Roberto Stillman Garcia for his service as U.S. Navy Storekeeper Third Class aboard USS California; and approved reimbursement of $283.77 to Ted Daniels for Hostek payments up to Sept. 30, 2025.
Commissioner Martin M. Perez moved to approve the minutes and other routine items; motions for specific items were made by Commissioners Adalberto M. Vera and Marla M. Garza as recorded in the minutes. Each listed action was carried with all members voting "Aye." The minutes do not include the text of the proclamation or additional detail about the Texas CLASS agreement terms.
