County staff outline boiler repairs and A/C condenser plan for sheriff's office

Frasier said he is arranging high-voltage wiring for A/C mini-splits and that Intermountain Heating and Cooling requested a method for placing condensers on the roof. He stated that each condenser weighs approximately 115 pounds and recommended using a telehandler as a more cost-effective alternative to a crane. The commissioners signed the estimate from Intermountain Heating and Cooling during the meeting.
No formal budget amendment was recorded in the minutes; the entry documents the equipment estimate was signed and staff plans to proceed with procurement and installation steps.
