Superintendent: new CTEC building to open to students this fall; grand opening Sept. 15

CFO Brian Wallace and other staff briefed trustees on how the CTEC completion factors into capital spending and the upcoming budget presentation.
The board did not take formal action on the grand‑opening date; staff said they will provide community details and a public invitation as plans are finalized.
