The CFO outlined one‑time uses of general‑fund dollars to support capital projects and said the district plans to use state bond and facilities funds alongside the identified appropriation to complete the Sandpoint work. The board scheduled a formal budget hearing and adoption for next month; Wallace encouraged trustees and the public to review the detailed numbers when they are posted.
