The St. Clair County Commission on Jan. 27 adopted Resolution 2026-17 and an agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for Safety Widening Project #HRRR-5826 on Kelly Creek Road. County Engineer Dan Dahlke presented the project and the commission voted to participate in the ALDOT program.
The minutes record the total project cost as $835,396.80 and the county’s required 10% match as $83,539.68. Commissioner Bob Mize moved to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Jeff Brown seconded; the motion passed with all voting aye. The resolution and agreement were entered into the meeting minutes as attachments.
