County approves Z‑20 fog-seal final plans from Highway 64 to Spragueville

"It's going up to the city limits on the south and skipping through city limits starting again on the north end of the city of Spragueville," Shekel said, describing the alignment and funding considerations. The board discussed the extent of the project and confirmed the county will not fund stretches where Spragueville elected to retain its FM money. A motion to approve the Z‑20 fog‑seal final plans carried by voice vote.
