Garza moved to "approve the Vista Solutions Grant Proposal Packing for Elections including Audit tools automatic back up- digital retention-digital redaction and records management. Total $7,584.38," seconded by Commissioner Pete A. Guerra; the motion carried unanimously. Separately, Commissioner Adalberto M. Vera moved and Commissioner Pete A. Guerra seconded approval of the Notice of Uniform Election for Nov. 4, 2025, including dates, times, locations and where ABBM should be sent; that motion also carried with all members voting aye.
