Council hears praise for new splash pad and support for TNR program

A resident named Lisa thanked council for considering a TNR (trap-neuter-return) program and said volunteers had successfully trapped and fixed about 10 cats this week, including pregnant females. Council and staff responded with thanks and encouragement; city officials also used the moment to praise the public works and fire departments for recent service to residents.
