Chief Jones introduced team members Cassie Hensley, Jessica Green, Abigail Fortney, Samantha Daily and QRT Officer Mike Richman, and identified partners including Life Learning Center, St. Elizabeth Health Care and the Kenton County Jail. He described the team as a stop-gap to bridge the period between an initial law-enforcement response and sustained care coordination.
