S2 and other members discussed the sections and confirmed the boardwould adopt the standards; following a motion and second, members voted 'Aye.' On the policy manual the board approved the edited manual, authorized printing and website posting, and recorded the adoption in the minutes.
S2 concluded the item by saying the manual is "ready to go on the website." Board members were given an opportunity to ask questions before the vote; no substantive amendments were made during the meeting.
