Claymont City board approves December financials, minutes and $5,000 donation

The Claymont City Board of Education voted unanimously on Jan. 12 to approve the district’s financial report for December 2025, authorize payment of December bills and to accept minutes from the Dec. 8 regular meeting and the Dec. 17 special meeting. Treasurer Kim Beckley reviewed the December financial presentation to the board before the vote.
The board also accepted a $5,000 donation from the Uhrichsville Eagles to support the Intermediate School program “Girls with Pearls.” The motion covering Treasurer’s items A–D passed on a roll-call vote of five in favor (Campbell, Grandison, Host, Peters, Wolf).
