Ron Gailey (OnPoint Insights) presented the 2025 citizen survey dashboard and summarized key findings from a sample of about 1,705 respondents. He said the 2025 distribution was "nearly identical to 2022" and that "most people feel things have improved in Payson," but he flagged an increased focus on cost of living and budget management in residents' priorities.
Gailey walked council through the dashboard filters — by area, age and tenure in the city — and highlighted that respondents selected top priorities for city focus (maintaining streets/curbs/sidewalks, budget management and select amenities). He noted the survey produced 925 positive comments and 774 additional open-ended responses and offered to provide the dashboard link for council and staff to explore the full data.
