Aliyah Anglima, case planner, said the shed was built in 2017 without complaints, occupies the southwest portion of the parcel, complies with side‑setback requirements for accessory structures, and that special circumstances—principally the small lot size and a neighboring shed located closer to the shoreline—support the variance. "So the structure has existence 2017 without any complaints to the neighbor," Anglima said.
Applicant Gary Roberts stated his address and said he had nothing further to add. The hearing officer opened public comment, received none for this case, and closed comment. The hearing officer did not issue a ruling at the meeting and will issue a written final order within 14 calendar days.
