Chair (speaker 1) first moved to recess under KSA 75-4319(b)(1) for 20 minutes to consult with the county's human resources director, assistant county attorney and county administrator; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call (clerk, speaker 2, polled commissioners). After returning the board again moved into a second executive session to include the sheriff and other staff for 20 minutes; the chair reported on the record that both sessions concluded with "no action taken."
