Following presentations by Treasurer Kim Beckley and Superintendent Brian Rentsch, the Claymont City Board of Education answered audience-submitted questions and then opened the floor for public comment at its March 16, 2026, special meeting.
Brian Watkins facilitated the Q&A session in which submitted questions were presented to the board and administration and answered. After the board addressed the submitted questions, the public comment period included remarks from Greg DiDonato, James Zucal, Holly Lloyd and Kevin Johns; the meeting minutes list these speakers but do not summarize their remarks.
The session concluded with a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Campbell and seconded by Mrs. Grandison; the meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m. The minutes indicate information-sharing and community input were the primary purposes of the meeting; no votes on funding allocations or consolidation decisions were recorded.
