A councilor moved to approve Resolution 4088 as read; the motion was seconded and passed with recorded 'aye' votes. Staff said the title company and estate tentatively set closing for Monday and that the city had budgeted the funds. "The resolution authorizes that payment," staff said when describing the $1,250,000 note (Laurie).
The council authorized the interim administrator to sign necessary documents to complete the purchase and directed staff to bring the final documents back as needed for record.
