Council weighs timber management plan and creation of a timber fund

Dale also raised the practical issue of logging the 'dump lands' and other parcels before trees outgrow small mill capacity and reduce value. Councilors agreed to record the proposal on the project list for future staff work and possible resolution language for fund policy.
