At the close of the Aug. 28 hearing, Chair Bob Moyer proposed ending public testimony and either deciding the matter that evening or meeting again if members needed more time to review the written criteria. The chair explained that once a decision is reached the board will notify the zoning administrator, who will issue a formal notice to the applicants.
No motion or vote to approve or deny the application was recorded in the transcript. The chair adjourned the hearing and thanked the applicants for their presentation. Board members requested written references to the waiver standards (pages 81 and 82) to guide deliberations before any final action.
