Mike Graves summarized the budget and implementation timeline and pledged transparency and regular reporting: "This would be our final budget to present to the commission... the total budget ends up at $440,550." Task-force members noted the county has received $3.4 million in regional opioid-disbursement money so far and projects roughly $12.9 million between 2023 and 2041 to fund abatement efforts. The board voted to accept the recommendation and begin implementation, with court-administration staff to manage early operations and reporting.
