At its Feb. 9 meeting the Claymont City Board of Education approved routine treasurer recommendations including the January 2026 financial report, payment of bills and the minutes of the Jan. 12 meetings. The board also approved a $2,500 renewal for an HR Onboarding software module (coverage 3/1/26–2/28/27) and the district’s financial forecast and related notes.
The board further approved a resolution authorizing transfer of excess funds from the Bond Retirement Fund (Fund 002) to the Permanent Improvement Fund (Fund 003). The minutes record unanimous roll-call votes on these items but do not specify dollar amounts for the bond-to-permanent-improvement transfer.
