The task force announced an official email address for public inquiries (domesticanimaltaskforce@gmail.com) and agreed to make draft ordinance documents available in physical form for meetings. Tom Lamb recommended printed copies be available at meetings, and Vern Tuss volunteered to print copies for the next meeting.
Jessica Wicks volunteered to create a Facebook page to facilitate public communication and to prepare a red-line draft once revisions begin. Members noted that the task force does not have a budget for advertising, a constraint that they said will shape public outreach plans.
