Cemetery director reports seasonal hires; two staff to transfer in May

Cemetery Director Michael Marker told the Anaconda–Deer Lodge County Cemetery Advisory Board that seasonal employees began work on Monday, April 7. "Seasonal employees started Monday, April 7," Marker reported, as part of his director99s update at the April 10 meeting.
Marker said the department currently has seven employees but expects that number to drop to five in May when two workers transfer to the Noxious Weed Department. He also said the department has received one employment application and that a help-wanted ad will be printed in the Anaconda Leader next week to recruit additional candidates.
