Cowan announces art showcase and Whitesburg Music Series dates

Horn framed the events as part of Cowan's broader effort to use shared cultural programming to support community healing and engagement.
Organizers said the events are family friendly and will include food trucks, music, and opportunities for children to take part in creative activities connected to Cowan's community arts work.
