She also briefed the board on Medicaid-related changes: "We have just under 20,000 in Medina County on Medicaid. The group that this affects is about 5,000," Blake said, noting the county is preparing for forthcoming Medicaid community engagement activity (MCEA) changes and for state and federal guidance and training later in the year.
