Sanitary engineer seeks bids for sewage replacement, approves change order and asset-management purchase

Jeremy Cinco told the board the sanitary engineer's office is declaring necessity for the 2025 home sewage treatment system replacement project and will advertise for bids. He also presented change order #1 for the Chippewa and Lake Road water main replacement and sought authorization to purchase the MaintainX asset-management program through Carahsoft for county maintenance tracking.
"The 1st is declaring the necessity of the 2025 home sewage treatment system replacement project and authorizing the sanitary engineer to commence advertising for bids," Cinco said. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved all three resolutions on the consent motion, with roll call confirming the action.
