Dan Becker presented four resolutions authorizing pond reviews with the Medina County Soil and Water Conservation District, necessity closures for Greenwich and Boston roads and a finding the public welfare requires replacing Culvert No. 1 in Harrisville Township. Commissioners moved and approved the package by roll call.
Becker explained the Soil & Water role in the pond-review process: "They do the initial review. They go out. They do the review, and they also do the final inspection on it." Commissioners asked clarifying questions about responsibilities and stormwater oversight before the board approved the resolutions.
The approvals were routine and taken together; no formal amendments or separate votes were recorded on the floor. The board proceeded to the next agenda items following the roll call.
