Vernonia staff update council on ADA ramps, docks, DEQ permit and staffing

Public works also completed and submitted the state's lead service-line inventory reporting round (about 20% in the first batch), as required this year.
Staff reported ongoing public-works recruitment: three qualified applicants for a utility/public-works position and two finalists for a park-host role; interviews will be scheduled.
