The Board considered a $31,700 invoice from Waterworth and heard that BPW counsel advised the board it was not required to pay the invoice. In response, Board member Andy Smits moved to terminate the agreement with Waterworth for the procured software; Liz Vogel seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Jeff Shaw reported counsel's advice during the meeting. The board recorded no further debate and directed termination of the software agreement; minutes note no additional payment action was taken at the meeting.
