Council adopts CARS 2027–2031 candidate project list; resident raises erosion concerns

Staff clarified that Apollo Gardens' internal streets are considered under the city's residential street program and that neighborhood-level stormwater projects are being evaluated separately. The council approved the CARS resolution by roll call.
