Shoaf said the program saved 4,269 jail bed days, which he estimated as $534,000 in savings, and recorded 483 community service hours (estimated savings to worksites of $3,502).
Shoaf also provided court-specific participant counts: 28 in Treatment Court, 20 in Veterans Court and 11 in Mental Health Court. The board approved the IPP report by unanimous voice vote following the presentation.
