Neshannock Creek authority schedules SR19 project bids for March 26; targets August start

The Neshannock Creek Watershed Joint Municipal Authority received an update from Engineer Dan Goncz on the SR19 sanitary sewer project, with bids scheduled to be opened at 11:00 AM on March 26, 2026 at the Findley Township Municipal Building. Dan also said he would track advertising costs that he believed would be reimbursable by Pennvest.
Goncz reported that the authority will review bids at its April meeting and that Pennvest will place a phone call with him on April 20, 2026 to discuss project matters. The authority noted a desired construction start in August 2026 and a targeted completion date of May 2027. The engineer filed a project cost summary and a wasteload management report with the administrator for the record.
