BOCC approves contracts, change order and app agreements; transfers funds for firing range and CAMA support

At the Jan. 12 meeting, the BOCC approved several financial and contract actions. The board approved Potential Change Order #3 with Lyle Building Group for the Facility Maintenance Expansion project in the amount of $15,182.16. The board also approved a Kofile quote (Q-02926) for $99,110.80 to digitize and implement QuikLink for commissioners' journals.
Financial transfers approved included $18,186.25 moved from Use Tax Maintenance & Operations into Use Tax Sheriff Firing Range for construction of a knee wall at the county firing range and $1,752.00 from General Fund Visual Inspections M&O into Rentals & Leases for payment to Vision Government Solutions, Inc. for Landmark CAMA support. Commissioners also approved a packet of agreements and developer terms required to proceed with a Rogers County mental health mobile app, including Apple and Google/Firebase developer agreements and related service terms. All motions carried by unanimous roll-call votes.
