The board also clarified District 3's Graded Rip Rap award: Anchor Stone was selected for quality and location, with Greenhill Materials listed as the contingent secondary. A separate procurement for commissary items at the Rogers County Detention Facility (2026-31) received three bids and was tabled for one week for further review.
All procurement motions were passed by unanimous roll-call votes.
