The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners on Jan. 5, 2026 unanimously appointed Ron Burrows as the board's 2026 chairman and Dan DeLozier as vice-chairman.
Steve Hendrix moved to appoint Burrows as chairman and DeLozier as vice-chairman; DeLozier seconded the motion. The board recorded roll-call votes of DeLozier-aye, Hendrix-aye and Burrows-aye, and the motion carried. The action followed the meeting's call to order and roll call, during which the board noted a properly posted agenda and a quorum.
The change in leadership is an internal officer appointment for the calendar year; no other governance changes were recorded at the Jan. 5 meeting. The meeting minutes indicate standard procedural business followed the appointment, including approval of the Dec. 22, 2025 minutes and routine agenda items.
