County to hold employee session on safety incentives and new Roth option

Kathy, a staff member, reminded employees that safety incentive online trainings must be completed by June 30 and encouraged all safety-sensitive and nonsafety employees to finish the modules. "So reminder about getting your safety incentive education online classes done," she said.
Kathy also announced the county will roll out a Roth post-tax option for employees and scheduled an informational meeting on June 29 in the same room with a virtual option. She said more information would follow to employees about the Roth feature and enrollment details. The meeting provides a chance for staff to ask benefits questions before any enrollment changes are finalized.
