Parks staff announce ACA accreditation visit, Swift Park Road reopening and upcoming sign unveilings

Parks staff told commissioners the American Camping Association (ACA) is scheduled for an on-site accreditation visit at the end of the month and that staff across departments are supporting the documentation and preparations. "They are scheduled for an on-site visit at the end of the month," the parks speaker said.
Staff also reported repairs and improvements including replacement of wind-damaged netting at LaFortune Golf and the reopening of Swift Park Road, which staff said will improve public access along the south side of the Keystone Dam. Several sign unveilings were scheduled, and parks staff thanked crews and contractors for completing recent repairs and maintenance.
