The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a broad slate of routine and action items, including engineers' bid awards, memorandums of understanding for the sheriff, five new agreements, a supplemental engineering agreement, a sole-source sheriff procurement and multiple procurement and payroll items.
The board moved and approved the minutes of June 29, referred and then ultimately approved engineers' bid awards, and accepted several items presented by INCOG and county departments. Chair (meeting host) recorded the outcome as they moved through the consent package; the chair stated, “Items are approved.” The board also approved requests to advertise for bids, utility permits, travel training for VLCC, claims payments and blanket and emergency purchase orders. All actions were carried by voice vote with commissioners answering in the affirmative when called.
