Council hears library, parks and senior center updates; senior center reports record month

Several routine reports were given to the council on Nov. 18. The library (Presenter, Speaker 4) said a language-policy update was delayed due to staff illness, reported 17 attendees at a story time, and described a partnership with Head Start and the St. Helens Elks that distributed 27 coats.
The senior board reported a record month on Bridge Street (noted at $7,500) and that the senior center will host a Christmas dinner open to the public on Christmas Day.
