Board moves Galt property bid opening earlier to 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 10

A supervisor moved to change the sealed-bid opening time to Aug. 10, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.; the motion was seconded, called for a voice vote and carried. The clerk was instructed to send updated notices (including a text to the city clerk and any known prospective bidder) and to ensure required publication deadlines are met.
