Agency preparing for BOA audit and federal CFSR in 2026, director says

Director Crystal Natan told the advisory committee that the Board of Auditors is conducting a 2025 audit of selected regulations and that data exchanges have been slow; she expects a BOA report by the end of the year and said Philadelphia and Allegheny counties are also participating.
Natan also said Lancaster CYA will participate in the federal Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) in 2026, with planning beginning in late fall/winter and 8–10 cases selected for file review and interviews of case team members and family members.
